Who We Are
Tummy Mummy CIC is a peer support group for Mothers with children in Local Authority care. - born from lived experience and a dire need for change.
Tummy Mummy CIC offers a safe space to come together and spend time in a friendly non judgmental way, we offer weekly sessions of activities such as arts and crafts, coffee & cake mornings, we aim to reduce isolation, impact on positive physical and mental wellbeing along with new activities being added all the time.

1 to 1 support
we offer 1-1 support sessions for anyone who feels a group is not right for them at the time. we aim to work on improving mental well-being, building on self-esteem. support activities can vary depending on what it is the individual feels they will benefit from.

Our Peer-to-Peer Groups provide the kind of comprehensive support you seek as you navigate your challenges. Our Support Group wants you to feel comfortable and at ease, we have group workshops running along with drop-in sessions. get in touch to find out more
